ORIENTAL LAMBS FRY (microwave 700 Watts)

6 rashers bacon, rind removed and chopped
3 Tbs brown sugar
75 ml wine vinegar
1/2 tsp Five spice powder
3 tsp cornflour blended with 2 Tbs water
salt and pepper to taste
450g lambs fry, cut into thin strips
4 - 5 spring onions, cut diagonally into slices
1 small red capsicum, seeded and cut into thin strips

Place bacon in a shallow dish and cook covered,on HIGH for 3 1/2
- 4 minutes. Drain off excess fat. Stir in sugar, vinegar, Five
spice powder, cornflour mixture and seasoning. Add lambs fry,
turning in the sauce to coat evenly. Add onion and capsicum.
Cover and cook on HIGH 4 - 5 minutes, stirring twice. Stand 2
minutes before serving.
