Or cover and microwave meatballs in an ungreased baking dish, 6 minutes on High, turning once. Or cook over medium heat in frying pan, turning occasionally, until brown, about 20 minutes. I prepared them a day ahead of time, and used them in place of the meat items for shishkabobs. They came out pefectly, even after cooking, the marinade I used was easily absorbed into the meat, and they grilled perfectly!
