0RANGE HONEY BEETROOT
(Microwave 700 watts)
750g beetroot
30g butter
1 tsp grated orange rind
2 Tbsp orange juice
1 Tbsp honey
Peel beetroot and cut into thin strips. Combine beetroot with
butter and rind in a large shallow dish, cover, cook on HIGH for
4 minutes; stir halfway through cooking. Stir in orange juice and
honey, cover and cook on HIGH for about 4 minutes or until tender.
