Pork Spareribs in Tangy Sauce
(Microwave 600 watts)

1kg pork spareribs
1 Tbsp oil
1 cup tomato sauce
2 Tbsp water
2 Tbsp brown sugar
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 clove garlic, crushed
3 Tbsp vinegar
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp ground ginger
2 tsp soy sauce

Trim spareribs of rind and excess fat, place ribs in a shallow
dish. Cook on HIGH 14 minutes, turning halfway through cooking
time. Drain fat from dish carefully. Mix the remaining ingredients
together and pour over the ribs; cook on HIGH 3 minutes or until
hot.
