Prepare a glass baking dish by spraying lightly with cooking spray. Place the seeds in the glass dish and sprinkle with salt or any other seasoning you might prefer. Cornwright from NC, USA When I followed the directions for the first time, my seeds weren't quite done. The second time I put them in 1 1/2 Tbs. of butter and then microwaved it. I put it in for 2 min, stirred. Then 1 minute each time for a total of 10 min. They were great!
