ROCKY ROAD CLUSTERS
Makes about 2 dozen
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate morsels
14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
2 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows
1 cup coarsely chopped nuts
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Combine morsels and sweetened condensed milk in large microwave-safe
bowl. Microwave on HIGH (100%) power for 1 minute; stir until
smooth. If necessary, microwave for 20 to 30 seconds longer to
complete melting. Stir in marshmallows, nuts, and vanilla. Drop
by heaping teaspoonfuls into mounds on waxed paper. Chill until
firm.
