MICROWAVE COTTAGE PIE
1 large onion, finely chopped
1 tbs tomato paste
1.25 cups beef bouillon
1.5 cups cooked ground beef
1 tbs flour
salt and pepper to taste
6 quartered tomatoes
1 lb. mashed potatoes
Place onion, tomato paste and bouillon in a large shallow dish.
Cover and microwave oh high for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Toss meat in flour then add to the onion mixture. Cover and microwave
on high for 10 minutes more, stirring occasionally. Add seasonings.
Arrange tomatoes on top of the meat mixture. Cover with mashed
potatoes. Microwave on high for 5 minutes. Serves 2-4.
