Lubee Review, May 30, 2006 - 05:51 PM

I first learnt about lubee while visiting a friend in Lebanon and I wanted to make it. Well, upon making it, I found lubee to be a surprisingly easy dish to prepare, the only part I found not easy was the cutting and stringing of the beans. That was only because it was time consuming though :) I thought this recipe tasted excellent and looked even tastier. My family all loved this dish and I would definitely make it again!!!!!
