Halibut Barbecued with Ginger, Scallions and Garlic Butter

1/2 bunch scallions
1 clove garlc
1 fat nub ginger root minced
softened unsalted butter
a splash of soy
fish filet

Put scallions, garlc, ginger root in food processor. Whirl all
ingredients Add softened butter (salted ok but unsalted better.)
if using unsalted you can add a splash of soy for the salt. Blend
until smooth and green.

Pull peices of foil small, for each fish filet smear butter mixture
generously on foil and dot a smear on top of filet. Seal and place
on the grill for 3-4 minutes per side. Open packets when they are
hot. When they crackle with butter sound, they are just about done.
Enjoy with jasmine rice salad and vegetables (asparagus).
