Campfire fondue:
2 cups shredded cheddar or swiss cheese 2 T. flour 1/4 t. paprika 1 can cream of celery soup 1/2 cup beer, white wine, white grape juice or water
Toss together cheese, flour and paprika. Combine soup and liquid of choice. Heat. Over low heat add cheese mixture, stirring until completely melted. Serve with various bread cubes, pickles, pretzels, or whatever you like.
Variation: Add leftover ground beef.
