Grilled jalepeno peppers

24 jalepenos
1 LB pork sausage
12 strips of bacon (cut in half)

Brown sausage on stove until done thoroughly. Cut tops off of
peppers and slice down one side. Remove all seeds and wash with
cold water.

Once sausage is cooled, stuff peppers with the sausage. Take half
strip of bacon and wrap around the stuffed pepper.

Easiest to turn if put on skewers but can use toothpicks. Grill
until bacon is done.

Note: Grilling by means of the indirect method is slowest but will
prevent big fires due to the grease from bacon and sausage.
