Marinate big shrimp, shelled and deveined but with tail on, in a
mixture of red wine, pineapple juice, soy sauce, and ginger, whatever
mix tastes good to you. Marinate for half an hour or so. Grill
until they look done. Serve with a dipping sauce you made the day
before, equal parts of mustard, mayo, and ketchup.
