Heatwave Hamburgers
2 1/2 pounds ground beef
4 tablespoons garlic powder
4 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
4 tablespoons nuoc mam
2 tablespoons ground black pepper
2 tablespoons onion flakes
2 dried ground tabasco peppers
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Make patties, and grill
over a hickory wood fire until done.
