Marinated Roast

Get ya a roast, whatever kind ya like. I use the tenderloins but they cost about 20 bucks for one so if you get a rump or sirloin, so be it.
3 cups Italian dressing
1/4 cup Morton's Natures Seasoning 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce 2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce 1 tablespoons ground red pepper 1 tablespoons white pepper 1 tablespoons black pepper 1 tablespoons salt
Take the roast and put it in a big Tupperware dish. Add all this stuff to it (premix all the stuff). I have a big 4 prong pitchfork looking thing that I pound the everliving out of this thing while it marinates. I probably make around 300 hole in it. Flip while you pound the thing. Make sure it looks good and beat up while the grill warms up. I use a charcoal grill that has the raisers on it. The roast sits around a foot off the coals. Cook the thing flipping it at least ever 3 to 5 minutes for around 25 minutes. I like mine a little red in the middle so . . .
