BBQ Pork Chops
1 Pork Chop 1 tap Dijon Mustard (optional) Olive Oil Salt fresh ground black Pepper
Wash the pork chops. salt and pepper them on both sides. if using mustard, spread the mustard onto both sides also.
Stack pork chops in an air-tight plastic container and pour some olive oil over them. Turn them a few times to make sure that all are covered with oil. Cover and refrigerate a few hours.
When BBQ-ing the chops, extinguish all flames that might rise from the coal by pouring some lager beer over the chops (keeps them juicy and improves the taste). If you're using an electric bbq, pour the beer anyway from time to time.
