Pork Steak Foil Dinner
Pork Steaks
Seasoning Salt (I use Lowry's)
Onions
Potatoes
Aluminum Foil
Double (about 2 ft of Aluminum Foil) for each dinner.
Wash potatoes, peel onions
Season both sides of the pork steak with seasoning salt place on foil.
Arrange onion slices on top of pork steak (about half of a med. onion)
Slice a medium to large potato on top of onions, salt and pepper to taste.
Using a "butcher fold" (like you were folding down a lunch bag)using at least 2-3 folds, close up foil...being sure to seal it good.
Place foil on grill over hot coals for about 20 minutes, turn and cook an additional 20 minutes.
Remove from grill, cut a slit in foil along top fold, pull apart and enjoy right out of the foil packet.
(Works well in a 350 degree oven also)
