one banana per person
dark rum
brown sugar
cinnamon bark
tin foil (size pieces to make parcels)

Put the banana on the tin foil and shape the foil so that the rum
doesn't spill out when you pour it on. Pour on some rum (2-3
Tablespoons). Spoon in 2 tablespoons of brown sugar. Add a couple
of small pieces of cinnamon bark. Seal up the parcel and put it
on a dying barbecue for about 10 minutes.

Serve in a bowl with a spot of ice-cream or eat from the foil.
