Grilled Stuffed Chicken

4 chicken breasts, pounded flat
24 shrimp (raw, medium-size), peeled, deveined, chopped
2 tablespoon butter, melted
3 cloves garlic, chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 slices swiss cheese
4 oz canned mushrooms
8 oz fresh mushrooms, sliced
4 slices hickory smoked bacon

Pound chicken breast flat in a large ziplock bag. Set aside.

Prepare shrimp, mushrooms and garlic. Saute in butter adding salt
(to taste). Saute until shrimp and mushrooms are done.

Place 1 slice of Swiss Cheese on each Chicken breast. put a healthy
dallop of shrimp and mushroom mixture on Cheese. Roll up mixture
like a burrito.

Use 1 slice of bacon per roll and wrap lengthwise to keep shrimp
and mushroom mixture from falling out. Secure it all with a toothpick.

Grill on all four sides on high temperature until chicken is done.
Serve hot.
