BARBECUE SAUSAGE DELIGHTS

2 lb sausages
made mustard
8 ozs cheese, cut into fingers
1 lb bacon rashers
tomato sauce
bread rolls

Lightly cook sausages. Cool. Split lengthwise without cutting
completely through. Spread the cut surface with mustard. Place
a finger if cheese in each sausage. Wrap a rasher of bacon around
each sausage and secure with toothpicks. Grill or barbecue till
bacon is browned and sausages have heated through. Serve hot with
tomato sauce and toasted bread rolls.
