I always wanted to acquire the taste for swordfish.I have only eaten it once or twice before. My wife orders swordfish when we go out to dinner and she always gives me taste.I decided to try cooking it at home.I found this web site looking for a marinade. It was delicious!I now have the taste for swordfish and plan on having it on a regular basis. This is a GREAT recipe. We plan to try other recipes for different foods found on this site. Will keep you posted.
