Teriyaki flank steak barbecue

3/4 cup vegetable oil 1/4 cup soy sauce 1/4 cup honey 2 Tbs cider vinegar 2 Tbs scallions or chives 1 clove garlic, minced fine 1 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
Mix all the ingredients together. Marinate a flank steak for four hours, turning once. Grill over a charcoal fire. Slice thinly and serve.
