LASAGNA
8 oz. lasagna noodles 1 lb. ground beef 32 oz. jar thick and spicy spaghetti sauce 1/2 cup water 1 tsp. salt 1 lb. cottage cheese 3 cup mozzarella cheese 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
Brown beef and drain. Add spaghetti sauce, water, and salt. Boil several minutes. In a 9x13 casserole dish, layer 1/3 sauce, 1/2 uncooked noodles, 1 cup cottage cheese and 1/3 mozzarella. Repeat layers, ending with sauce, mozzarella, and Parmesan. Cover with foil. Bake 55-60 minutes at 350 degrees. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
Makes 8 large servings.
