Mushroom Vegetable Lasagna

10-12 lasagna noodles, cooked
1/4 cup butter
1 lb mushrooms, sliced
250g cream cheese, softened
500ml cottage cheese
salt and pepper to taste
fresh parsley chopped 2 Tbsp
fresh garlic crushed to taste
500ml tomato sauce
fresh Parmesan
2 cups grated mozzarella

Saute the sliced mushrooms in the butter, set aside. Mix the cheeses,
salt and pepper, garlic and parsley in a bowl. blend really
thoroughly.

Put one layer of noodles in a greased 9X13 inch pan, then one half
of the mushrooms and butter. One half the cheese mix and one half
the tomato sauce over that. Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
Top with Parmesan and mozzarella.

Cover with greased tinfoil so cheese won't stick and bake at 350
for 35 minutes. Remove foil and bake another 10 to 15 minutes.
Let stand a good 20 minutes before serving, even a 1/2 hour for it
to set and cool a bit.
