Galveston Bay White Lasagna

1 box (1 lb) lasagna noodles, cooked and cooled
1/2 lb shrimp
1/2 lb crab meat
32 oz cottage Cheese
3 large eggs
4 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
4 tablespoons butter
1 cup Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon pepper
1 tablespoon minced garlic
24 oz Alfredo Sauce

Mix salt, pepper, garlic, 4 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, softened
butter, eggs, and cottage cheese. Layer lasagna, cottage cheese
mix then crab Layer lasagna cottage cheese mix then shrimp one more
layer of lasagna noodles pour Alfredo Sauce over top spread fresh
grated Parmesan cheese over Alfredo Sauce Bake for a little over
an hour until the top is a golden brown

VARIATION: add fresh finely chopped parsley to cottage cheese mix
use Romano cheese along with the Parmesan on top
