Alfredo Sauce
1/2 cup butter
1 pint heavy cream
1/4 cup ricotta
1 tsp course black pepper
1/4 cup coarsely grated Romano Cheese
1/4 cup coarsely grated Parmesan Cheese
1/2 cup coarsely chopped Italian Parsley
1 lb fettucini noodles.
Melt butter Whisk in heavy cream. ricotta, and black pepper Bring to
simmer. Whisk in cheeses and parsley Makes enough for 1 lb fettucini
noodles. Serves 4-6.
