Artichoke Sauce
1 tin anchovies 2 cloves garlic 1 big can tomatoes 1 can artichoke hearts
Chop the garlic fine and cook it in the oil from the anchovies until it's just about to turn golden. Slowly add the tomatoes and artichokes and bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer and leave it that way, uncovered, for 25 minutes. --I found this recipe a bit too dry, so I added some water.
