Pasta Carbonnara
For each person:
4 oz. pasta, prepared 3 slices bacon, fried and crumbled 2 green onions, chopped olive oil 1 raw egg 1/4 c. cream (1/4 c. white wine) salt pepper
Fry the bacon while the pasta is cooking. Saute the green onions in a little olive oil.
In a large bowl, whisk the egg with the cream (and wine), and add some salt and pepper.
Toss the lightly drained pasta in the egg, then add the green onions and bacon. Keep tossing until well mixed.
