Spaghetti alla Carbonara
For about four people

500 gr spaghetti
200 gr bacon
200 gr Parmesan cheese
oil
salt and pepper

You cook the spaghetti in boiling water for 8-9 minutes. In the
meantime you cook the sliced bacon in the oil for about 5 minutes
and, in a recipient, you mix up the eggs, the Parmesan cheese and
a bit of pepper. When the spaghetti are "al dente", you mix all
the ingredients together and voila` your "Spaghetti alla carbonara"
is ready to be served.
