Spaghetti alla Carbonara
serves four

60 gr smoked bacon (pancetta affumicata)
1 egg yolk and 1 egg
lots of grated cheese (Parmesan or 1/2 Parmesan and 1/2 Pecorino)

Cut the bacon into little cubes and fry, in a large frying pan, in
little olive oil Make sure it doesn't dry, Season with pepper.
Beat the eggs and the cheese together. When the spaghetti are
ready transfer them in the pan with the bacon and add the eggs and
cheese. Mix well and serve. The eggs should be still a bit runny
