FETTUCINI CARBONARA 1/2 lb. Prosciutto ham 8 slices bacon 1 lb. linguini 8 oz. grated Parmesan cheese 2 onions, chopped freshly ground pepper 3 Tbsp chopped parsley (optional) 2 or 3 half pt. heavy cream Boil water and cook pasta. At the same time, fry together the bacon, ham and onions. Drain off fat. When pasta and bacon combination are done, combine them in a large bowl with the cheese, cream, pepper and parsley. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
