Pasta with Carbonara Sauce

1/4 lb. pork sausage
1/4 lb. cooked ham, sliced thin
4-6 Tablespoons butter (not margarine)
1/2 lb. cooked vermicelli noodles
1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
3 well beaten eggs
1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
freshly ground black pepper

Brown sausage in skillet with 1/2 the ham (about 10 minutes). Add
remaining ham and keep warm until ready to serve. Add meat to
drained, cooked pasta, butter, parsley, eggs and about 1/2 cup
cheese. Toss gently to coat and add some pepper to taste. Sprinkle
with remaining cheese. Serves: 4
