White Clam Sauce

1/4 cup olive oil
4 garlic cloves, minced
4 tsps flour
2 cans (8 oz) minced clams, reserve liquid
1 can whole baby clams, reserve liquid
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
3 Tbsp chopped parley

In medium saucepan heat oil; saute garlic 2 minutes. Do not allow
garlic to brown! Stir in flour. Add reserved clam juices and red
pepper. Bring to boil and simmer 10 minutes. Add clams and parsley.
Return to a boil and remove from heat. Serve over hot linguini,
pass grated Parmesan cheese.
