Garlic Sauce for Pasta

1 lb linguini
5-6 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
1 head garlic, minced fine
4-5 tablespoons of chopped Italian parsley
1 tsp hot crushed red pepper

Boil water for pasta. When pasta is cooking add olive oil to pan
and heat. Add garlic and cook until lightly golden. Add the red
pepper when the garlic is done. Drain pasta and toss with oil.
Add parsley. Salt to taste. Traditionally, this does not call
for the addition of cheese as the taste stands on its own.
