Real Sicilian Ragy

1 onion
300 gr minced meat
1 liter tomato passata
100 gr peas
red wine
salt
pepper
fresh basil

Slice the onion then put it on a pan with olive oil (5 minutes).
Put the meat (10 minutes) then put red wine (as much as you want).
When the wine is dried put the tomato passata (20 minutes), put
salt and pepper. 5 minutes before the end put peas and basil. Serve
with maccheroni pasta.
