Pasta Sauce
6 large yellow summer squash
6 large zucchini
10 mushrooms
3 cloves of garlic
1 onion
1 can chicken broth
approx 8 oz of chunky salsa
1 can tomato sauce
salt and pepper to taste
Slice squash and zucchini. Cut up mushrooms and onion. Mash garlic.
Put all pan with broth. Cook until desired tenderness. Add the
salsa and tomato sauce. Cook approximately 1/2 hour. Serve over
pasta.
