Peppino's Sauce

4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
5 tablespoons butter
2 large garlic cloves crushed
1 tablespoons capers
3 fresh tomatoes chopped
1/2 cup fresh parsley chopped
1/4 cup fresh mint chopped
1/2 lb calamari, cleaned and chopped fine
1 lb bay scallops chopped
1 lb green mussels, steamed and chopped
1/2 lb chopped clams

Saute garlic in olive oil and butter. Add chopped tomatoes and
parsley, capers and mint. Simmer 10 minutes. Add seafood and simmer
8 to 10 minutes. Add plenty of parsley and hot pepper flakes. Serve
over Spaghetti squash or Cappalli.
