Spaghetti

1 pound ground chuck
1 medium onion, chopped fine
1/2 bell pepper, chopped fine
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 small can tomato paste
16 oz can tomato sauce
16 oz can tomatoes, chopped fine
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
basil
oregano
red pepper flakes
salt
pepper

Brown ground chuck, breaking into small pieces; onions, and bell
pepper in Dutch Oven. Add minced garlic and tomato paste. Stir
well, then add remainder of ingredients. Adding hot water as needed,
but don't make it too thin. Taste, to adjust seasonings. Simmer
for an hour or longer.

[Or brown the meat and onions in the morning, put everything in a
crockpot and put on LOW all day.] Serve over spaghetti with Parmesan
cheese on top, if so desired.
