Spaghetti Sauce with Meatballs and Italian Sausage

6 14.5-oz cans tomatoes, pureed in blender
3 14.5-oz cans tomato sauce
1 small can tomato paste
1 whole clove garlic, chopped
3 tablespoons basil
3 tablespoons oregano
4 oz. (1/2 jar) Parmesan Cheese
1 cup port wine
2 tablespoons sugar
Salt & pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients and cook on low.


Meatballs

3 lbs. ground chuck
3 eggs
2 cups Italian bread crumbs
1 cup Parmesan Cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

Combine ingredients with hands - form meatballs and add to sauce.
Add some good Italian Sausage.

Cook all ingredients on low for 4 to 6 hours. Let cool then
refrigerate overnight. Next day scoop grease from top and warm for
dinner.

serves 6-8
