Spaghetti Sauce

1 pound ground beef, browned and drained
1 green pepper, chopped
1 can tomato paste, 6 ounce
1 can tomato sauce, 8 ounce
1 can chopped tomato, 14 ounce
2 cloves garlic, pressed
oregano, to taste
basil, to taste
salt and pepper, to taste

Brown and drain the ground beef. Add remaining ingredients and
simmer for at least 30 minutes. Longer it simmers the more
flavorful it will be.

NOTES : Can also add red and / or yellow peppers. I use about 1
tablespoon of both the basil and oregano, a little less basil than
oregano.
