Tomato Sauce
2 Tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, mashed
1 tsp dry oregano or more
2 tablespoons fresh basil or more
6-8 fist-sized tomatoes
1/2 tsp salt
Seed and roughly chop the tomatoes. (Drain the juice from canned.)
Saute the garlic and herbs in olive oil briefly. Add the tomatoes
and heat through.
