Rigatoni Alla Vodka

1 1/2 cups plain tomato sauce
1/4 pound bacon or pancetta, diced
1/2 cup vodka
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 package boullion
1 pound rigatoni or any macaroni, w/ridges
grated cheese

Saute bacon until almost crisp. Drain all but 2 tbls drippings.
Add butter.

When melted add tomato sauce, boullion, salt and pepper to taste.
Simmer 10 min. Add vodka and simmer 5 min more. Add cream and shut
off heat. Cook macaroni according to directions, drain and toss
with sauce. Serve hot with cheese on the side.
