Vodka Pasta

1 lb pasta , i.e. rigatoni
8 oz vodka mixed with some red pepper flakes
3 Tbsp olive oil
1 cup half and half or cream
1 /2 cup parmesan cheese
1 cup favorite pasta or tomato sauce

Cook pasta aldente. Return drained pasta to pot and add vodka.
Carefully flame contents of pot with lighted long kitchen match.
After flame dies down, add cream and olive oil and cook till hot.
Add cheese and sauce and cook until cheese melts. Serves 4.
