200 g (about 1/2 pound) Brussel Sprouts 1 garlic clove Olive oil Salt, to taste 15 black olives, finely chopped Red pepper flakes, to taste Cooked spaghetti, for four
Boil the brussel sprouts until very tender, then finely chop. In a large pan saute the garlic (whole or finely chopped, it depends on your taste) in some olive oil, then add the Brussel sprouts, the olives, and the red pepper. Salt to taste. After about 5 minutes pour the cooked spaghetti in the pan and let them fry for a few minutes. Serve immediately.
