Kesari Cheese Noodles
For 2
Cooked spaghetti
1/2 to 1 cup shredded Kesari cheese
melted butter, enough to coat pasta
Place pasta in bowl or on warmed plate. Sprinkle liberally with
shredded cheese. Drizzle melted butter over cheese. Toss gently to
mix.
Kesari cheese is a greek cheese, and can be commonly found in major
supermarkets, often in the gourmet cheese case. Comes packaged in
triangles or half-circle pieces.
