Couscous with Peas and Onions

1 1/2 cups finely chopped onions 1 tbsp. of olive oil 1 cup frozen or fresh peas 1 1/2 tsps. chopped fresh sage 1/2 tsp salt 1 cup water 1 cup couscous
In a heavy skillet, or fry pan, saute onions in oil for about 10 to 15 minutes until golden. add all other ingredients. Cover and cook on low heat about 5 minutes until all liquid is absorbed and peas are still bright green stir couscous with a fork. Add salt to taste.
Note: If using a whole wheat couscous add more water, also if you don't like the taste of sage, leave it out or add some other herb you like.
