Seashore Fettuccine

1 lb fettuccine noodles
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
8 oz. Heavy cream
8 oz tomato sauce
1 dash black pepper
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/8 tsp red pepper
1/4 tsp basil
12 oz shrimp, cut into pieces
1 small onion, diced
1 stick butter

Cook noodles in boiling water until tender; drain well. Place in
a large bowl and set aside. In a large skillet melt the butter and
add the onion, shrimp, basil, red pepper, salt and black pepper.
Saute for 3 minutes, and then add the tomato sauce and heavy cream.
Bring this to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer until sauce is
creamy. Add sauce and Parmesan cheese to the pasta and mix well.
Serve immediately.
