A superbly easy and tasty dish., April 22, 2004 - 09:16 AM

This is a wonderful recipe. It takes the basic oil and garlic pasta (good enough in itself) and kicks it up a few notches with the eggs, which add a wonderful creamy thickness to the sauce, as well as a protein component. Jeff Smith, the Frugal Gourmet, used to make a dish like this. it is fast, frugal, and delicious. The ONLY lack is a rather plain appearance, so I recommend adding some fresh green herb leaves on top, for plating.
