Pasta with Garlic and Parmesan Cheese
2 servings

1 cup pasta (your choice)
2 cloves of garlic diced
1/4 onion, diced
2 tablespoons olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese graded

In a pot with boiling water, put a teaspoon olive oil and the paste.
Check in ten minutes to see if it is done. When done, drain and
set aside.

In a frying pan, add the remaining olive oil, heat and add the
diced onions and garlic, Cook for several minutes until onions
are soft. Add the pasta, mix, flavor to taste with salt and pepper.
Mix with Parmesan cheese and serve.
