spaghetti for two
1/2 oz feta cheese, crumbled
1 large head garlic (baked in 1/8" olive oil in a 350deg oven for 30min)
10-12 sun-dried tomatoes
1/4 pine nuts (toast by tossing in a pan over med heat till barely brown)
6 artichoke hearts, sliced

Bake garlic first. Break Spaghetti into 2" pieces and cook per
directions on package. When done, divide onto two plates. Toss
each with half the tomatoes, pine nuts, artichoke hearts, and feta.
Squeeze as many baked garlic cloves on each as you like. 4 usually
work :-)
