Spicy Macaroni & Cheese

8 oz package grated cheddar
2 cups dry macaroni
1 cup milk with
1 tsp or more of dry onion or 1/2 to 1 finely chopped onion
2 T butter
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/2 tsp cayenne

If using dry onions, soak in milk. If using fresh onion, saute a
bit in some butter. (optional) Cook and drain 2 cups macaroni.
Put 1 1/2 cups of cheese and rest of ingredients in a greased
casserole. Mix. Put rest of cheese on top and sprinkle with
paprika (To the extent that you like). Bake about 45 min to 1
hour, uncovered at 350 F (until most of liquid is gone). The top
is supposed to be a bit crispy--some people's favorite part.
